Colorful Festival in San Carlos City Negros Occidental
One of the destinations that we visited during the DBP RoRo Race Visayas Leg was San Carlos City in Negros Oriental. Upon arrival in the port, we were welcomed by the winners of Pintaflores Festival Street Dancing Competition.

sorry but San Carlos City is in Negros Occidental not Negros Oriental…thanks for the visit
